Requirements

Responsibility
- cost Estimation: Collaborate in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and other resources required for construction projects
- contract Management: Assist in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and monitoring variations throughout project lifecycles
- site Visits and Documentation: Participate in site visits to gather information, assess progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation of project developments
- client Interaction: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and contribute to maintaining positive relationships
- support Senior Surveyors: Assist senior team members in various aspects of quantity surveying tasks, including cost estimation, cost control, and project management
