Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- we are currently hiring for a call centre agents to support our clients legal practice in Liverpool
- this is a full-time office based role
- existing experience of claims would be ideal but not essential
- if you have call centre or insurance experience then this would be an advantage
- our clients will focus on entry training with excellent progression route
- this is also change as the business grows therefore it’s essential candidates can adapt with the business and its needs
- this is an excellent opportunity for the right person who may have strong customer service experience in person or over the phone
- flexibility is essential as the right candidate will be offered 35 hrs per week, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off mid-week and 1 late night per week which is 12-8pm
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- legal training and / or qualification desirable
- understanding the principles of claims/legal industry is essential
- knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- engaging personality and tenacity essential
- knowledge of litigation funding, insurance/legal claims the financial service industry is desirable
- use of claims management and contact center dialer systems desirable
- customer service: 1 year
