  • HK Care Consulting Limited is a Family owned and run home care service provider operating in England and Scotland
  • registered in 2015, the company started operations in Leicestershire before expanding into Scotland and now also includes Cambridgeshire
  • you will understudy the current Registered Manager with the view of taking over in 9 to 12 months
  • following a season of sustained growth for both service users and staff, we are now looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Care Manager or someone ready to step up into this exciting role, to support the development and management of the practice servicing communities across North Lanarkshire, Stirling, and the surrounding areas

Requirements

  • appropriate qualifications and experience that satisfy the registration requirements of the Care Inspectorate and the Scottish Social Services Council
  • management experience within domiciliary care
  • A forward thinking and commercially minded person seeking a new and exciting leadership role within the home care sector
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • committed to achieving the highest quality care standards along with the promotion of service users’ choice and independence
  • A fair and supportive leader able to manage, guide and motivate care staff
  • A dedicated and confident individual with effective communication and interpersonal skills as you will play a significant and valued role working alongside the Senior Managers and Directors to grow and develop this business
  • experienced in care-at-home at either care manager or deputy manager level and must be able to demonstrate understanding of Care Inspectorate and SSSC compliance requirements
