Working hours

Responsibility

  • relevant experience will include Windows trouble-shooting, Microsoft 365 administration and configuration of PCs / laptops
  • the jobholder will be required to
  • provide excellent customer service – building rapport and identifying appropriate solutions
  • we are a Southampton-based IT & Communications company, currently seeking an IT technician with the drive and determination to help us support our base of small & medium sized business clients
  • meet established Service Level Agreements on turnaround times
  • the ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience of working in a team, ideally within a Managed Service Provider environment
  • they should have a proven track record of successfully addressing IT issues and of using technical training opportunities to improve their skills
  • identify, troubleshoot and document user issues and fixes – working within a structured problem-management and resolution process

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements
