we are a Southampton-based IT & Communications company, currently seeking an IT technician with the drive and determination to help us support our base of small & medium sized business clients
meet established Service Level Agreements on turnaround times
the ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience of working in a team, ideally within a Managed Service Provider environment
they should have a proven track record of successfully addressing IT issues and of using technical training opportunities to improve their skills
identify, troubleshoot and document user issues and fixes – working within a structured problem-management and resolution process
Education
GCSE or equivalent
