  • advanced level knowledge of MS Office packages
  • experience of working within a Professional Services organization
  • familiar with typing and formatting reports – including letters, tables and spreadsheets
  • data Protection knowledge, GDPR, and in expanding your expertise through all our policies
  • be driven, professional and friendly to join our team, with a passion for delivering a high quality experience to our clients

Responsibility

  • welcoming our clients
  • communicating efficiently through email and phone with current and potential clients
  • take card payments when needed
  • support the team with maintaining the reception organized
  • assist with diary management and booking clients
  • checking stocks and supply the rooms with the materials needed, maintain inventory log
