raising invoices, processing orders and taking payments in a timely manner
maximising every opportunity to increase sales and customer satisfaction
keeping the trade counter/showroom tidy and re-stocked at all times
keeping on top of warehouse management including re-stocking and general cleaning/tidying
building relationships with customers through excellent customer service, understanding requirements and ensuring that the correct products are selected; as a result, securing on-going business
reporting any vehicle defects immediately
acting as an advocate for UKHPS
liaising with suppliers and buyers where necessary
Requirements
demonstrable experience of working within the industry is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given
excellent verbal and written communication skills
excellent customer service and customer facing skills to work alongside customers on and off site
