Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in food production within a café or restaurant environment
- at least 2 years of experience in customer service
- proven leadership and team management experience
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- exceptional hospitality skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction
- excellent culinary skills, with a creative approach to menu development
- strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
