Responsibility

  • managing ordering and training and coaching the team to create new cakes & brunch dishes
  • we are looking for someone with attention to detail, hard working and always with a smile on their face
  • experience in a similar environment as a Sous or head chef would be expected
  • you will be managing a team of 3 plus part time kitchen assistants
  • you will be taking over running the kitchen in The Station House in the former Histon Station in the beautiful village of Histon & Impington
  • you will be serving a fresh brunch menu and baking cakes for the counter as well as the usual tasks to keep our kitchen a clean and happy place
