Responsibility
- you will be proactive in developing relationships over the phone
- you will need to be exceptional at spotting opportunities and acting on them quickly and effectively through networking, headhunting and sourcing
- supporting hirestaff in growing the business
- as the Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring open job positions for the care home and healthcare divisions, permanent and temporary roles
- reporting to the Senior Recruiter of hirestaff, the Recruitment Resourcer will headhunt and resource positions through, and not limited to; Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Referrals, Networking, and Social Media platforms
- you will be committed to helping hirestaff develop long-term relationships based on trust and added value, utilising traditional and on-line channels to secure new business and existing business
- update and prepare offer and rejection paperwork for all candidates
- ensuring the ATS JobAdder system is up to date and maintained; accurate, inputting candidate and client information. For yourself and the team; updating records
