  • excellent knowledge of construction work and methodologies together with having the ability to understand a vast range of architectural and structural drawings

Responsibility

  • places orders by negotiating price, terms, and delivery of materials and supplies
  • resolves delivery discrepancies by comparing purchase order to delivery documentation; obtaining credits and refunds
  • initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations for a wide range of commodities
