Responsibility

  • provide excellent service as a first point of contact to all customers in line with company standards
  • arranging the most effective waste solution for the HIPPO customer and proactively seek opportunities to upsell to customers

  • resolve problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions, resolving escalated problems when appropriate

  • resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring you provide a resolution adhering to the Company’s procedures and escalate where appropriate
  • the ideal candidate will have Contact Centre and administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • report and maintain any accidents and incidents to relevant departments when required
