HIPLA is looking for employees for positions:

technical support engineer

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • identify, market to and win new client business
  • provide technical demonstrations of our platform to potential and when necessary existing clients
  • complete the technical setup and onboarding of new clients
  • provide platform front line support to clients
  • become a technical expert in our in-house products and solutions
  • occasional travel to customer sites and conferences

Requirements

  • strong technical aptitude
  • excellent communicator and confident attitude
  • SQL or database experience will help with providing client support
  • self starter and the ability to demonstrate this
  • experience of working in a busy, team environment with the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • comfortable with demonstrating products and closing sales online
  • have the ability to network, build relationships and close sales
  • be able to identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
