Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- identify, market to and win new client business
- provide technical demonstrations of our platform to potential and when necessary existing clients
- complete the technical setup and onboarding of new clients
- provide platform front line support to clients
- become a technical expert in our in-house products and solutions
- occasional travel to customer sites and conferences
Requirements
- strong technical aptitude
- excellent communicator and confident attitude
- SQL or database experience will help with providing client support
- self starter and the ability to demonstrate this
- experience of working in a busy, team environment with the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- comfortable with demonstrating products and closing sales online
- have the ability to network, build relationships and close sales
- be able to identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
