Responsibility
- define and communicate product roadmaps based on the company strategy and vision
- collaborate with the sales and customer-success teams in the creation of sales and customer presentations
- collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and rollout of features
- the Coach & Admin Tool, used by all Hintsa coaches to administer their client obligations
- prioritise feature requirements for development
- the Hintsa Survey Tool, used to conduct the organisation-wide wellbeing surveys that form the starting point for many of Hintsa's offerings
- work with the UX designer to create designs and wireframes, in line with UX and brand expectations
- translate requirements into the product backlog and work with the development team to deliver and verify those requirements
Requirements
- product management: 2 years
- as with any remote team, with a low hierarchy and people in Finland, Switzerland, UK and the Middle East, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- you will need to be self-organising, experienced and at ease working autonomously, but also enjoy collaborating with a team on a regular basis
