Responsibility

  • review legal documents to include contracts, tenders, leases etc
  • litigation cases
  • corporate law documents
  • advise and train colleagues on legal and compliance issues
  • legal compliance and company guidelines

Requirements

  • law degree ideally gained from a UK university
  • experience working within the UK in an international law firm or as an inhouse manager
  • experience of general legal compliance including anti-corruption and other legislation
  • ability to transfer these skills into new areas as and when they arise
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
