finance manager
Responsibility
- lead and manage all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from initial client engagement to deal closure on our larger transactions
- conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments as appropriate
- prepare financial models, pitch materials, and presentation documents for clients as required
- develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice and guidance
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals
- stay up to date with market trends and regulations in the lower market M&A space
- manage a team of junior deal makers, researchers and analysts, coaching and developing them to deliver our smaller deals and advisory work
Requirements
- QBE , ACA, ACCA or CF qualified
- MBA or CFA is a bonus
- minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or related field
- strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proven track record of successfully managing and closing M&A transactions
- experience of managing a team
