Responsibility

  • electrical Project Management of Live Contracts up to c£2M around the UK
  • carrying out Regular Reviews of H&S on Site
  • preparing Estimates and Variation Costs
  • do to a continual increase in workload for our repeat and valued clients, we are actively looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Contracts/Project Manager
  • the individual must possess a wide ranging experience in the commercial & industrial electrical installation sector - both refurb and new build schemes
  • producing Monthly Valuations and Submittal to Clients and Principle Contractors
  • reviewing and amending Working and As Installed Drawings
  • producing Final Accounts to include Submittal and agreement with Clients and Principle Contractors

Requirements

  • project Management: 5 years
