Responsibility
- inputting information to SAGE Payroll
- process accounts payable transactions on SAGE Accounting, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry
- reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues in a timely manner
- assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed
Requirements
- proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- accounting: 3 years
