  • is a family run, bean to bar chocolatier based in Saffron Walden, established in 2016 and continually growing
  • we craft a variety of seasonal creations where the quality of ingredients and processes are uncompromised
  • we exclusively sell our products directly from our stores, and we export to Japan
  • we are looking for a new member to join our team and to be keen to learn in a fast paced, unique environment

Education

  • demonstrable knowledge of pastry and chocolate basics
  • NVQ level 2 or above, or equivalent, in Patisserie and Confectionery
  • food Hygiene certificate/training desirable
  • interest and passion for the food industry essential
  • experience and enthusiasm to contribute and fully support the running of the kitchen operation, combined with the ability to work well under pressure
