  • this means you need to be comfortable with leading meetings, offering advice and understanding value
  • you’ll be top class at manufacturing quality process development and improvement, and use data to make informed decisions and drive change
  • customer assurance is a key part of this role
  • you and your team are central to ensuring that we develop and maintain class-leading quality control and assurance processes, that are streamlined, agile and effective, and deliver real benefits in efficiency and improvement
  • you and your team are responsible for ensuring that we maintain continued accreditation to AS/EN9100 & 9120, along with hosting specific customer audits as required, which we welcome as a chance to show people what we do and how we do it
  • whilst your team will take care of most of the day-to-day quality control work, you will take the lead on high-profile or high-value job control and assurance issues
  • our Sales Managers each have engineering backgrounds but may call on your support for clients where there is a high level of quality assurance compliance input required
  • in turn, we can support our customers’ needs
