  • mentor and train junior stylists to improve their skills and techniques
  • maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements

  • valid cosmetology or barbering license
  • proven experience as a hair stylist, with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
  • strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their desired look
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced salon environment
