hill Care is an established local business that operates residential care homes across the Midlands and North of the country
we are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Head Office Accounts team as a Temporary Accounts Administrator
you will gain valuable skills in a busy accounts department and full training will be provided
downloading reports from the accounts system
checking information for accuracy - basic knowledge of Excel formulas will be required
posting a small volume of financial transactions to Sage, e.g. bank receipts, supplier invoices
ad hoc duties as required, for example answering & directing incoming phone calls and managing shared mailboxes
the role is to provide support to the department whilst we work through a backlog and will be for an initial 3 month period but may be extended beyond this
