Responsibility

  • ensure effective communication of planned & reactive maintenance on vehicles and plant
  • ensure all records are up to date
  • ensure HGV planner is kept updated
  • vehicle Analysis & reporting
  • provide costing reports and cost control.Arranging hire & replacment vehicles
  • named on the operator licence making the appropriate changes and amendments
  • arrange TMATA bookings
  • control of driver’s hours & tachograph reports
