service engineer
Responsibility
- carrying out system maintenance fault finding in accordance with the Company employee handbook, as well as attending emergency call-outs when needed
- ensure all jobs, call outs, maintenance work are attended
- review alternative solutions to solve the industry related technical issues
- escalate urgent, critical problems to the Service Supervisor
- update site logbooks with all work carried out
- comply with the Company’s policy related to Health and Safety and Security
- maintain company issued equipment in good condition
- complete electronic worksheets/daily timesheets
Requirements
- 2-5 year, experience in Servicing Automatic Fire, Fire Extinguishing - Gas Suppression and Fire Aspiration Alarm Systems
- proven ability to install, test, commission and service Fire alarm systems and/or Security Systems
- able to communicate with both external and internal customers in a professional and consistent manner
- ability of software programming on systems such as Morley, Advanced, Kentecetc
