Responsibility
- engaging with HNCP's wider role outside the new centre as deputy to HNCP's Director
- ensuring that agreed targets are met by services, whether delivered directly by HNCP staff and volunteers or contractors
- harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with Highgate Newton Community Partners in their search for a Centre Manager
- preparing budgets for the Centre and monitoring income and expenditure against them
- working effectively with trustees, staff, volunteers and Centre users to develop and deliver a programme that meets the needs of the local community
- optimise rental and hiring opportunities to maximise the income HNCP can generate through its activities, premises and services
- establishing and contributing to fundraising initiatives
- working closely with partners and stakeholders including various teams within London Borough of Camden such as facilities management, communities' team, highways etc, local businesses and resident groups
