Requirements

  • health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 or level 4 essential
  • previous Deputy Manager/Team Leader experience in a good or above rated care setting for 4 + years preferred

Responsibility

  • responsibilities and Duties of the Job
  • attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management
  • ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing

  • develop staff to full potential ensuring succession planning
