  • managing the appraisal, development and supervision of all care assistants
  • ensuring that the office runs an effective and efficient on-call service
  • establishing new care packages in line with a growing business
  • ensuring safer recruitment checks are completed, to onboard staff efficiently, to ensure inductions and training are delivered to the highest standard, to ensure staff understand their responsibilities

Requirements

  • must be either a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
  • must be experienced in Domiciliary Care
  • must know the KLOEs
