Responsibility
- we are a 3-surgery, mainly private practice set in the centre of the town
- we are family-orientated, with a team who have all worked together for many years
- ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the practice
- take line management responsibility for dental receptionist and dental nurses including responsibility for motivation, objective setting and appraisal
- arrange for and undertake the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary staff
- arrange staff induction and training
- we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Practice Manager for our lovely Practice in the historic market town of Bridgnorth, in leafy Shropshire
- organise disciplinary and grievance arrangements
Requirements
- minimum 2-3 years dental practice management
- experience with SOE Exact highly desirable
- GDC registration of benefit
- dental Practice Management: 2 years
