Responsibility
- utilise CRM and other lead management tools to track and forecast sales activity
- identify and qualify leads, and move them through the sales funnel by actively engaging with customers
- develop a deep understanding of our products, services and solutions in order to give expert advice to potential customers
- monitor and report on sales performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve sales targets and goals
- collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, to develop effective lead generation campaigns and strategies
- continuously improve the lead management process by tracking and analysing lead performance metrics and utilising industry best practices
- convert inbound leads for online training and e-learning courses into sales opportunities and increase revenue by cross-selling and upselling to existing customers
- carry out any other duties that the company deem appropriate
Requirements
- strong previous experience in a customer facing role with the drive to exceed minimum expectations
- ideally youll have some sales experience, preferably within the business to business sectors
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, customers and suppliers
- ability to re-plan and re-focus efforts if OKRs are not achieved
- highly organised and efficient, able to manage and prioritise work effectively, with a good attention to detail
