Responsibility
utilise CRM and other lead management tools to track and forecast sales activity
identify and qualify leads, and move them through the sales funnel by actively engaging with customers
develop a deep understanding of our products, services and solutions in order to give expert advice to potential customers
monitor and report on sales performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve sales targets and goals
collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, to develop effective lead generation campaigns and strategies
continuously improve the lead management process by tracking and analysing lead performance metrics and utilising industry best practices
convert inbound leads for online training and e-learning courses into sales opportunities and increase revenue by cross-selling and upselling to existing customers
carry out any other duties that the company deem appropriate
Requirements
strong previous experience in a customer facing role with the drive to exceed minimum expectations
ideally youll have some sales experience, preferably within the business to business sectors
excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, customers and suppliers
ability to re-plan and re-focus efforts if OKRs are not achieved
highly organised and efficient, able to manage and prioritise work effectively, with a good attention to detail
