- active ownership of finance deliverables, supporting the team where required Execute and manage finance projects that align to the business strategy

- provide support to CFO, SMT and board to deliver the HS1 mission and strategy
- chair for the Finance Working Group, a sub-section of the board which is a key business facilitator
