  • coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repairs or installations
  • keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques
  • familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • ability to use hand and power tools effectively
  • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
