Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • photos to be taken on arrival at the property
  • handy man must carry out remedial works in residential properties as per work instructions issued daily, materials to be sourced by the office and collected as required
  • works to be carried out in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction
  • photos of works completed to be taken before leaving the property
  • at the end of each day a worksheet is to be completed confirming works undertaken, and outstanding works, where necessary

Requirements

  • including NIC EIC Qualified Electrician
  • good time keeping is a must
  • hands on approach and enjoy practical work
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • customer Care experience preferred but not essential
  • tiling an advantage
  • CSCS Card
  • handy man will need to be able to use own initiative, work on your own or as part or as a team and have a positive attitude
