Responsibility
- photos to be taken on arrival at the property
- handy man must carry out remedial works in residential properties as per work instructions issued daily, materials to be sourced by the office and collected as required
- works to be carried out in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction
- photos of works completed to be taken before leaving the property
- at the end of each day a worksheet is to be completed confirming works undertaken, and outstanding works, where necessary
Requirements
- including NIC EIC Qualified Electrician
- good time keeping is a must
- hands on approach and enjoy practical work
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- customer Care experience preferred but not essential
- tiling an advantage
- CSCS Card
- handy man will need to be able to use own initiative, work on your own or as part or as a team and have a positive attitude
