- proven capability to lead cross functional teams in terms of problem solving, process improvements, and solution implementation
- trained Auditor with history of practical application
- A working knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC backed by a practical grasp of internal and external auditing procedures and protocols
- working knowledge of HACCP based risk assessments
- fully qualified Internal Auditor
- have experience of BRC
- extensive experience of developing and managing quality systems and audit processes with previous experience of BRC, ISO standards
- previous experience in packaging/food packaging industry a distinct advantage
Responsibility
- review and improve the quality of working practices and processes on site and actively pursue any opportunities to improve
- stand where relevant and act as final escalation point for the site on all compliance matters in the absence of the Production Manager
