- after new project wins, and a strong order book for 2023, Hickson Contracting Ltd, a prime residential building contractor based in the Marlow, Buckinghamshire, is searching for an experienced Site Manager to be initially based on a new site on The Burwood Park Estate, Surrey
- after new project wins, and a strong order book into 2024, Hickson Contracting Ltd, a prime residential building contractor based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, is searching for an experienced Finishing Manager to be initially based on a new site in East Molesey, Surrey
- the project consists of the retrospective installation of internal and external passenger lifts, bathroom refurbishments, new cinema room a ground floor extension and associated high end finishing works to a private, 4-story residence, a stones throw from Hampden Court Palace
- the project has an initial duration of 14-weeks, however the scope of works is being reviewed with a planned increase to 20-weeks, and is due to start in June
