Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team
- manage the bar staff and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner
- ensure that the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies
- ensure that the bar is clean and organised
- develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service
- the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring that all staff are providing excellent customer service, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed
- monitor the bar's financial performance and take corrective action when necessary
