- the successful candidate will have a good track record in a similar position, determined, and business minded leading the business development plans, commercially forward thinking and able to operate in a fast-paced work environment to deliver
Requirements
- registration with the CQC
- experience of leading and managing the day-to-day functionality of running of the service
- the ability to allocate resources and monitor performance and to deliver high quality homecare clients
- to ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements through robust management of cases with CRM system, therefore, achieving solid inspection results
- undertake training and development to keep up to date with the law, best practice and changes in company policy, CQC regulations and government legislation
