  • ideally you should already be registered with CQC and be working in a similar role

  • hibiscus Housing Association Limited is looking to recruit a Registered Manager, experienced in leading domiciliary care or a similar sector, to lead the team in our high standards, not only maintaining compliance with CQC, but exceeding it, ensuring our clients receive the best care possible and that our staff are happy in their work
  • the successful candidate will have a good track record in a similar position, determined, and business minded leading the business development plans, commercially forward thinking and able to operate in a fast-paced work environment to deliver

Requirements

  • registration with the CQC
  • experience of leading and managing the day-to-day functionality of running of the service
  • the ability to allocate resources and monitor performance and to deliver high quality homecare clients
  • to ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements through robust management of cases with CRM system, therefore, achieving solid inspection results
  • undertake training and development to keep up to date with the law, best practice and changes in company policy, CQC regulations and government legislation
