Requirements

  • previous success in a fast paced sales and customer service environment
  • experience in gathering relevant information to progress customers through the sales process
  • excellent negotiation and customer relationship building skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers and people
  • excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic and results driven
  • strong objection handling skills
  • A professional and confident telephone manner with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell
