Responsibility

  • assist with preparation of financial reports – Management Accounts, Project Reports, Year End Accounts
  • posting journals into the Accounting system
  • monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • bank Reconciliations
  • maintenance of both supplier and customer master data on the company system
  • processing payments to suppliers, ensuring correct authorisations have been obtained
  • processing company payment card statements and allocation of costs
  • processing of supplier invoices

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years
  • ideally AAT qualified or CIMA part qualified
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • good understanding of HMRC obligations
  • experience of working with ERP systems
  • experience of working in the project delivery/construction sector
