Working hours

Responsibility

to maintain a quality service to client sites as directed by Contract Manager
to provide effective training, support and direction to all operatives under their control
to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of contract specifications and KPI’s. Carry a working file at all times to refer to
to ensure supervision is delivered in the most effective manner by maximising efficiency and minimising costs, working within a fixed budget agreed annually with the Business Manager
to liaise closely with client management, Hi-spec Contract Manager and our mobile and on-site operatives to report and resolve problems as they occur on site
to inform Hi-spec help desk of issues that have arisen at sites during the day
to ensure that client and Hi-spec codes of conduct are followed on site and with all interactions with site users and members of the public
to be involved in recruitment of staff to any vacancies
