Responsibility

  • assist the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors with the receiving and checking of all incoming freight from suppliers
  • ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ are completed accurately
  • ensure stock is correctly organised and arranged in the warehouse
  • manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products
  • ensure accuracy of picking paperwork check and verify documentation for shipment
  • ensure compliance with known consignment requirements
  • operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
  • load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jack

Requirements

  • previous work experience in warehouse operations and in material handling is prefered
  • hardworking, organised with excellent attention to detail
  • reliable and self motivated
  • good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • ability to meet all the requirements of the role, including using required equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders
  • holder of valid UK forklift license is preferred but not essential
  • warehouse experience: 2 years
