Responsibility

  • manage teams through the entire lifecycle, inclusive of scoping, design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support, maintenance, optimisation, and change
  • produce and maintain
  • project / timeline plans having obtained task breakdowns, associated effort estimates and dependencies
  • RAIDA documentation ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and actions are appropriately captured, managed, and dealt with
  • stakeholder management plans, articulating approaches involved with managing stakeholders and the various varying positions they may hold
  • communication management plans, ensuring communication is appropriately managed and all involved are kept informed as is deemed necessary
  • manage KPI’s including timeframes, effort estimates / actuals, quality standards and in conjunction with commercial delivery colleagues, commercial budgets
  • champion efficient / effective project management and ensure associated practices are embedded within the solutions development and delivery lifecycle

Requirements

  • qualifications, skills and/or experience managing implementations and solution change with databases or marketing automation tools, preferably in a data marketing environment
  • cloud database and ETL / ELT solutions e.g. Snowflake, Matillion, Redshift
  • cloud environments e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
  • business Intelligence tools e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau
  • email broadcast tools e.g. Upland Adestra, Alterian Email Manager
  • name and Address processing software e.g. Capscan or QAS
  • you must be passionate about efficient and effective project management
  • experience managing projects and clients within an end-to-end software development / delivery lifecycle and across technical stacks contributing to infrastructure, application, and database development
