Responsibility
- in what is a fairly unique position at this moment in time we are ideally looking to take on key makers to our small informal team that we feel will be able to facilitate expansion of our production in line with the current and ongoing increase in demand for both our standardised and bespoke production
- as makers and finishers of traditional fine interior in-frame cabinetry projects we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced time served cabinet makers who can pick up a project and run with it
- applicants will need to be able to work independently, or as part of a 2/3 person team, encouraging the progression of any less experienced person under them
- through clear explanations of our reliable accelerated production methods and the accurate and efficient communications of each job through standardised cut-lists, we hope to create circumstances that allow successful applicants to confidently and consistently achieve the most efficient outcomes whilst maintaining the highest standards possible
- applicants must have demonstrable sound practical experience of minimum 3 years and be able to lead a project where required of them in time, adhering to designs and construction methods yet being able to competently think for themselves whilst reading and interpreting standardised cut lists, and some bespoke technical 2D drawings and 3D modelling software
- own hand tools are required and a clear demonstrable understanding of Health and Safety and sensible workshop / machinery shop practice and understanding are essential
