- prior experience developing Project staff is essential
- leading the Project Management team, and having oversight of the majority of the Project and Programmes running across the business
- implementing a Project Management framework that covers delivery and risk management
- developing the Project team and also embedding a strong Project culture across the business
- we are seeking a Project Manager that will work closely with our teams across the Shared Ownership and Private Rental business lines
