Responsibility
- ensure labour resource and component availability to support the plan, review and adjust the plan where necessary
- review quantities and supplier lead times with the purchasing team
- report monthly on inventory levels in finished goods and raw components

- constantly evaluate reorder levels for production parts and bought in components to ensure slow moving and redundant stock lines are minimised
