Responsibility
- greet customers and demonstrate exemplary customer service and care throughout each appointment
- acting as a chaperone during ultrasound scans, when required
- assisting with upselling of additional services and packages to customers
- scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
- answering and directing phone calls in a professional and timely mann
- handling customer inquiries and providing information about the clinic's services
- assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
