- independent Housebuilder based in Shropshire looking to add to their Technical Team with the addition of a Senior Architectural Technician
- the day-to-day role of Architectural Technician will be diverse, interesting and challenging, working within a tight-knit team to produce quality developments
- you will be involved with multiple developments from land acquisition & feasibility studies, through planning and build to handover
- you will have a flair for design within the construction industry, ideally with experience of residential projects
- you will be at ease working unaided with AutoCAD and have a thorough understanding of building regulations
- the ideal candidate will likely be occupying an Architectural Design, Design Manager, Architectural Technician or Technologist role
