- maintaining stock levels, communicating with suppliers & placing orders when Head Chef is away
- keeping SFBB records such as fridge temp, cleaning & waste
- responsibility of key holder & either opening or closing daily depending on rota'd shift
- 1 years experience as a chef or cook
- minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- good communication skills
