to record complaint cases and follow HETAS/Woodsure policy in giving timely updates or responses to the parties involved
to review registered businesses for compliance with scheme rules and make an appropriate recommendation based on findings
provide an effective and professional inspection/assessment service at all times for any required scheme, investigating all cases, risk assessing and escalation as appropriate
to promote HETAS schemes and services when appropriate
to prioritise workload to maximise the benefits to our stakeholders
to assist with administrative support and liaise effectively with all other staff members and with external inspectors and all stakeholders to ensure effective compliance processes
suggest improvements to case administration and the database where possible
to assist in progressing and investigating complaints or concerns received from any stakeholders in support of the Lead Compliance Officer and management
Requirements
