Responsibility

Responsibility

  • to record complaint cases and follow HETAS/Woodsure policy in giving timely updates or responses to the parties involved
  • to review registered businesses for compliance with scheme rules and make an appropriate recommendation based on findings
  • provide an effective and professional inspection/assessment service at all times for any required scheme, investigating all cases, risk assessing and escalation as appropriate
  • to promote HETAS schemes and services when appropriate
  • to prioritise workload to maximise the benefits to our stakeholders
  • to assist with administrative support and liaise effectively with all other staff members and with external inspectors and all stakeholders to ensure effective compliance processes
  • suggest improvements to case administration and the database where possible
  • to assist in progressing and investigating complaints or concerns received from any stakeholders in support of the Lead Compliance Officer and management
