- coordinate and supervise facility repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects
- monitor and manage facility budgets and expenses
- conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- develop and implement energy conservation initiatives
- maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities
Requirements
