Responsibility

  • vacancies available at our St Albans site and our Hertford Site
  • listen to the office answer phone and action all messages
  • check emails for any new referrals. Action all referrals and queries immediately
  • deal with all enquiries efficiently and effectively
  • report any safeguarding issues
  • take card payments over the phone and process on to system
  • hertford Site: hours of work- 14 hours per week- Saturday and Sunday, 08:00am -15:00pm
  • the primary function is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of HILS’ meals service. The successful candidates will be expected to offer excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ safety and wellbeing is priority
