Requirements

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organisation and time management skills
  • computer literacy
  • at least 2 years project administration
  • an ability to problem solve and think strategically
  • A strong interest in supporting the voluntary sector
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project administrator/coordinator/officer role in the business, statutory or voluntary sector
  • working in and/or supporting voluntary and community sector organisations

Responsibility

  • to share incoming phone calls and the receiving of visitors to the building when HCF Office Manager is not present
